This machine works great!!! I have been using it with a couple of friends and now they want to buy one. It’s a simple machine that works the tricep as good as any other machine. I use olympic weight on all my exercises so I had to put on olympic weight adapters on the tricep machine and it fits in perfect with my personal gym. I’m very satisfied with this machine.

I initially bought this rack and it was shipped promptly. The rack is great and sturdy although light-weight and hence moves around a bit. As another reviewer as suggested, should be put against a wall to ensure you are racking the bar properly. For reasons not related this or to the quality of this product (which is excellent), I purchased a power rack from the same company (Body Solid Powerline) two weeks after purchasing this product. What I found surprising was that this product has almost the same foot-print as the power rack. If you were planning to save floor space by purchasing this squat rack, I would suggest you buy the power rack for a higher price and get the additional benefits of better safety and larger variation of exercises it allows. Of course it is obvious that the power rack is a lot taller and this unit is better for low ceilings. This may seem obvious but I hope this prevents somebody from making the same mistake I did! Otherwise, this is an excellent addition to a home gym.
